When working in confined spaces it can sometimes be a challenge to load, deliver, move or position heavy industrial cargoes and large transformers. Utilising our specialist Jacking & Skidding tools our Heavy Lift Team can ensure that no matter what the cargo or environment we can safely and securely undertake the movement of heavy loads.

We operate a multi-functional synchronous hydraulic heavy lift system capable of monitoring the position of the load between the four jacks to within a 1mm tolerance.  This innovative hydraulic jacking & skidding equipment allows us to raise and slide industrial machinery, transformers and components up to 500Te in a controlled manner, indoors or outdoors.  With the option to lift, pull, push and lower we can load directly to trailer, deliver, reposition or relocate industrial machinery, transformers and components in confined spaces.  Often used for the extracting or positioning transformers within constricted industrial environments, our jacking & skidding systems provide the perfect solution when more traditional transport or Self Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) arrangements are not achievable.

Utilising these specialist hydraulic systems our team can gradually raise loads to an optimum height to allow for the installation of modular skidding systems, hydraulic push-pull units and low-friction skidding pads. Once in place this system can effortlessly facilitate the movement of heavy transformers and industrial cargoes in confined spaces.
